Glocal Vision University
               Welcomes You

About GVU

Why do we need a new Christian university called Glocal Vision University (GVU)  in 2023? First of all, it is because after Covid 19 we need a new university that globally provides a different online education platform and programs to students in the world. GVU is a university that provides online education. Today, through this online education we can reach everyone in the global community who can use the Internet beyond regional barriers. It means that now we need a new type of university that can reach students from all over the world. Therefore, GVU aims to provide the best online education to students in the world.  (To be continued)

Core Value

Look at God’s vision that is glocal (global and local)

  • Acts 1:8, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

Listen to the voice of all the peoples in all places of the world

  • 1 Cor. 9:19-23, “Though I am free and belong to no man, I make myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible. To the Jews I became like a Jew, to win the Jews. To those under the law I became like one under the law (though I myself am not under the law), so as to win those under the law. To those not having the law I became like one not having the law (though I am not free from God's law but am under Christ's law), so as to win those not having the law. To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some. I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings.

Live in Christ Jesus and in the power of the Holy Spirit.

  • Gal 2:20-21, “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!”

Love one another as God loves us

  • John 13:34, “"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.”

Lead one another to grow in the love of the Trinitarian God

  • Heb. 10:22-25, “Let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another--and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”

WELCOME

Welcome to GVU! Glocal Vision University is committed to delivering top-quality Christian education to students around the world, especially in non-western regions. As we embarked on this new venture, our guiding principles were clear. Firstly, GVU is not driven by profit; instead, our focus is on serving pastors and church leaderships in the local. Secondly, our intention is not to seek personal glory but to train a small number of students who will faithfully serve the kingdom of God. With these objectives in mind, GVU is dedicated to providing exceptional online education, delivered by the finest professors, to our students. Our faculty consists of a highly committed team of instructors. Furthermore, as GVU is an online university catering to a limited number of students, we are proud to offer full-tuition scholarships to all individuals enrolled in our master's and doctoral programs. We warmly welcome any student who aspires to study at GVU.
